Tumblr's blog format and image-heavy sharing culture occasionally make it a platform used for brand impersonation, copyright infringement, and reputation-damaging content. When you come across a blog or a single post, the removal process runs along two tracks.
Reporting a single post
You can use the share/report icon below the post to select "Report." A separate DMCA notification form exists for copyright infringements.
Reporting an entire blog/account
If the problem isn't limited to a single post and the entire blog is impersonating your brand, you can use the "Report this blog" option on the blog's settings page to file an account-level complaint.
Why is continuous monitoring necessary?
Content on Tumblr can spread quickly through the "reblog" mechanism — even if the original post is removed, reblogged copies can remain live on different blogs.
