Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of our legal obligations, where requested and to the extent permitted by legislation. Other than this, your personal data is not shared with third parties.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing, subject to the statutory limitation periods stipulated by applicable legislation; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, by applying to Achernar you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • Request information about it if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in a manner consistent with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties, domestic or foreign, to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • Request deletion or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK,
  • Request that correction or deletion actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Object to a result that arises to your detriment through the exclusive analysis of the processed data by automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages in the event you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.

8. Method of Application

You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above in writing to info@achernar.com.tr or apply to our company address. Your requests will be concluded free of charge, depending on their nature, as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.
